Love in a relationship is a trust and comfort between two people who feel very strongly about the each other. Who share their thoughts, weaknesses, joys, dreams, desires, and basically themselves with each other. They show care and affection towards the other as well as give it. They defend and secure each other, making sure they do their best to succeed, when with them or not.

I would say its being able to be your true self around that person without having to worry about hurtful opinions and lies that other people around you tell you daily. Its when the person you’re with is the one thing that can make your day, yet ruin it all at the same time. its when you and that person is willing to suffer, fight, and defend your feelings for each other no matter what other people think. Its when you except each other for their flaws and weaknesses and share the happy, sad, and mad times with each other.

Personally, I always thought love was so “overrrated” and I never wanted to fall into this “spell” that everyone fell into and always ended up getting hurt, but now that I’ve actually experienced this feeling for myself and I’m beginning to understand the reason why people do the things they do just for this “love” that people search for everyday. It’s unexplainable and undefinable to some extent. but yet it gives a warm feeling within you when you know you have someone you can turn to when ever you feel down.
